BENEFITS:
Turmeric essential oil is excellent for arthritis and joint pain. It is great for the skin as well as dry scalp due to its antifungal and antiseptic properties.
DIRECTIONS
For Aromatherapy and topical use. Dilute up to 5% with a carrier oil before use on skin.

This turmeric essential oil has helped me relieve joint pain. However, the fragrance is a bit strong so I prefer to use it mixed with a carrier oil.
